Choc log

The Choc Log is my longboard design, which sits in between performance and logs as its a bit of an all-around long board that turns and carves but still can be made bigger for nose-riding style longboards.

Mick Winters designed this Board for a contest rider who surfs around Noosa mainly, and he won many comps on it, saying it was a dream longboard.

It has a light double concave and vee out the tail, an extra bit of tail rocker, and a flattened nose rocker for easy entry but great turnability when cranking it off the tail. Rails are softened through the midsection forward to roll banking turns off and thinned out the rear for responsiveness.

All boards are custom-made to suit each individual.
